Prong collars Germany

Just got off of the phone with a friend of mine in Germany. Effective in October, no prong collars. 1st time fine, 2nd time bigger fine, 3rd time the handler can never own a dog. He said Dogsport (Schutzhund-IGP) is no longer to be allowed in Finland.

If this is 100% accurate, this will really be a blow to dogsport. Sad state of affairs. The goal- no domesticated animals. Be proactive everyone.
